Cybersecurity Support Has a New Home

As of May 12, 2025, all cybersecurity-related requests at SMPH must be submitted through our new Cybersecurity Portal.

This new system replaces email-based support and is designed to improve service speed and transparency. Faculty and staff can now easily submit and track requests related to:

Audit Questionnaires
Contract Reviews
Cybersecurity Consultations
Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidance
Regulatory Compliance
Risk Assessment
Vulnerability Scans

What’s changing?

You’ll still get email updates, but you’ll need to log in to the portal to view or respond.
You can track the status of your request right from your browser.
All requests will be routed through a streamlined system to ensure faster handling.
