The School of Medicine and Public Health Information Technology’s Research Information Services (formerly Biomedical Informatics or BMI Core) team is more widely known as the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research’s Clinical and Health Informatics Institute (CHI2). The group is dedicated to optimizing the conduct of high quality clinical and translational research and providing the needed computational and informational infrastructure for investigators at UW-Madison and Marshfield Clinic. We assist investigators during project conceptualization, grant submission, and deployment of secure data storage and processing methods. Visit the ICTR CHI2 website for more information about SMPH’s IT Research Services group and its available data resources and services.
